Where it started
Most plumbing calls don't need a truck roll — they need five minutes of a licensed plumber looking at the problem. Homeowners had no fast way to get that, and the business needed to coordinate three very different users: customers, plumbers and internal staff.
The Solution
What we built
We built a three-sided platform: a customer app for live video consultations and booking discounted in-home visits, a dedicated app for plumbers to manage their calls and schedule, and an admin panel for the business to oversee both sides.
