A mobile app for a Jiu-Jitsu and MMA academy, built to handle attendance tracking, event management and subscription management for parents, with push notifications to keep members updated.
The Challenge
Where it started
Front-desk staff were tracking class attendance and membership renewals on paper and spreadsheets, and parents had no reliable way to see when their kids' subscriptions were due or what events were coming up.
The Solution
What we built
We built a Flutter app on a Laravel and Firebase backend that gives the academy a live attendance register, automated subscription reminders for parents, and push notifications for events — all synced in real time across the front desk and every family's phone.
